Adjustable production speed: Supports flexible adjustment of production capacity based on order volume (such as 800-1,500 pieces per hour), which not only meets the demand for small-batch trial production (suitable for new brands to expand the market), but also can cope with large orders during peak seasons by increasing speed, avoiding waste or insufficiency of equipment production capacity.
Modular combination design: The production line can be disassembled or combined according to customer requirements (such as adding separate anti-leakage edge processing modules and packaging modules). If the product line is to be expanded later (such as upgrading from the basic model to the thickened model), only the corresponding modules need to be installed, without the need to replace the entire equipment, reducing the cost of secondary investment.
Strict control over hygiene standards
Fully enclosed production environment: Key processing links (such as cotton core filling and surface lamination) adopt a closed design to reduce the contact of dust and impurities in the workshop and lower the risk of contamination of finished products. This is especially suitable for markets with high hygiene requirements (such as Japan, Northern Europe, etc.).
Easy-to-clean structure: The contact surfaces of the equipment are made of food-grade stainless steel, and the corners and crevices are designed with arc transitions, eliminating hygiene dead corners.
